Abstract:Volunteers played a prominent role in the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake emergency rescue. So far, my country's emergency volunteer service has developed rapidly in the past ten years and has gradually become an important force in the emergency rescue system. Recently, the new crown pneumonia epidemic has spread from Wuhan and spread throughout the country. From cities to villages, from hospitals to communities, from streets to alleys, in addition to medical staff, public security officers, community officials and other anti-epidemic warriors fighting on the front line, there are also a large number of warriors. Selfless volunteers participated in it silently. Observing the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, although various fronts actively and orderly organize volunteers to participate, in some places there are still narrow definitions of volunteers, weak volunteer management standards, weak protection of volunteer rights, and volunteers Incentive measures need to be improved and the overall coordination is insufficient. Rethinking these shortcomings and shortcomings of emergency volunteer management is of great practical significance for improving the emergency volunteer service system, promoting the sustained and in-depth development of volunteer service, and promoting the modernization of social governance capabilities. In the following, the author focuses on analyzing the problems in the management of volunteers for epidemic prevention and control from five aspects, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions.
