Carry forward the spirit of innovation, active academic atmosphere. On the afternoon of October 15, Fu Guangwei, director of social work department of our college, gave a report on the academic festival for college students at 2306, Jinming Campus Complex. A total of more than 300 participants participated in the event, including the Youth League Committee, relevant leaders of the college, and representatives of teachers and students.

With the theme of“doing deep social research”, Professor Fu Guangwei elaborated on the birth of social science, the topic selection and the demonstration of scientific conclusions. Fu Guangwei traced the source, described the historical background of the birth of social science in detail, and emphasized the importance of observation. From the perspective of difference, he leads to two“why topics of social science. Classics, in-depth, rich scientific research experience, humorous language and close to life examples fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, the scene atmosphere. Finally, referring to the argument of the conclusion, he analyzed the problems of social science in detail, and encouraged students to dare to try, challenge, treat scientific research rationally, seek truth, and make thoughtful and in-depth academic research.

As the first thematic academic report of the 17th Academic Festival of Henan University, this lecture helps students understand, understand and participate in academic studies, promotes the improvement of students 'scientific research and innovation ability, and promotes the development of scientific research and education in colleges.
