In order to further implement the internship work arrangement of undergraduate graduates, test the professional and technical level of students, improve the social practice ability of students, and innovate the talent training mode of the college, on October 28, our college and the agricultural and rural Bureau of Kaifeng urban rural integration demonstration zone held a signing ceremony and internship meeting. Xia Shiwei, deputy director of the agricultural and rural Bureau of the demonstration area, Tian Fengshao, vice president of the college, Zhang Kexin, director of the teaching work office, and other relevant leaders attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Tian Fengshao introduced the discipline construction of philosophy, administration, labor and social security majors to the agricultural and rural Bureau of the demonstration area. He pointed out that since Henan University was selected as the “double first-class construction university”, the talent training and discipline construction of the college have stepped into a fast track. At present, in the aspects of poverty alleviation, urban village transformation, and the deep integration of Zheng and Bian, the college has been in depth cooperation with relevant departments, and has been achieved many research results. He stressed that the practice of graduates is an important link in the cultivation of undergraduate students. College students should seize the opportunity of learning and growth in the good practice environment of the agricultural and rural Bureau, actively consult the instructor of the internship unit, familiarize themselves with the post business as soon as possible, learn the real skills in communication and exchange, and establish the sense of innovation in the real work. At the same time, we should combine what we have seen and heard in the process of practice, and accurately orient the topic selection of graduation thesis, “writing youth on the land of our motherland”.

Xia Shiwei, deputy director general, warmly welcomed the undergraduates who came to participate in the internship. First of all, he stressed the importance of agricultural and rural development and pointed out that agricultural and rural development is related to social stability.
