Luo Chunli, deputy secretary of the college Party committee, and counselors of all grades attended the competition as judges.The content of the competition is divided into individual career planning, design and display. The judges asked questions based on the students' explanations and planning scheme.The whole competition process is tense and orderly, the competitors' career planning design structure is complete, logically clear, detailed and slightly appropriate.Yang Jia, a major of administrative management in 2018, takes employees of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises as her career goal. From personal analysis to career cognition, from path selection to specific planning, her content is progressive and her language is fluent and vivid. Liu Xiuzhen, a major of labor and social security in 2019, analyzes her own advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of interest analysis and her own values, and clarifies her lofty goal of taking root at the grassroots level and serving the people.The judges fully recognized the excellent performance of the students, and suggested that the contestants should analyze their own values more accurately, clarify their self-cognition, and constantly improve their career planning in the exploration and development.
