In order to ensure the smooth progress of this "cloud" examination, fully grasp the problems that may appearin the final online examination and optimize the work arrangements for the final online examination, our college held a final online "cloud"examinationsimulation activity on the afternoon of June 24.

According to the school's arrangement, our college attaches great importance to the final onlineexaminationwork and has held several special meetings to study the "cloud" examination work.The college formulated the "School of Philosophy and Public Management Final Examination Work Implementation Plan". According to the characteristics of the online cloud examination,the college has drafted the online examination operation guide, the online examination room record table, the examination room instructions and other specific materialsand ensured the invigilation equipment and other materials.According to the arrangement of the joint meeting of the Party and government of our college, the college selected four courses on the first day of the formal examination as mock examination courses.Before the mock examination, our college made detailed arrangements on the examination room arrangement, invigilator teacher assignment, online examination room application and settingand preparation for the establishment of the WeChat working group of the examinationroom."Cloud" examination simulation adopts centralized invigilation and decentralized invigilation. In the "cloud" examination simulation activity, a total of 50 invigilators and more than 400 students participated in it, accounting for more than 90% of all invigilators and students in the college.In strict accordance with the online examination operation guide, the invigilator conducted the simulation in accordance with the student identity authentication, double machine position inspection, simulated examination recording screen, test paper distribution and recycling, etc.This "cloud" examination simulation activity is an inspection of the college final examination implementation plan, and it has found out the shortcomings. It provides an experience basis for improving the online examination implementation plan and provides a valuable reference for formally carrying out the online final examination.

Although the "cloud" examination format is different from usual, it is also strict.On June 24, the college's online examination theme education activities of "civilized examination style, integrity test" will be held simultaneously.The instructors of our college issued a notice about the integrity test by using the official QQ group and WeChat group of the grade, requiring students to study carefully the "Notice of the School of Philosophy and Public Management on the mobilization of integrity examination".At the same time, with the help of the Tencent conference platform, the online theme class meeting on integrity examination education was held to explain in detail the specific arrangements and requirements for the online final examination of this semester, leading students to study the "Online Examination Student Operation Guide" in detail.The study committeemembers of each class shared their opinions on review preparation, answering skills, time managementand mentality adjustment.After the meeting, each student conducted an integrity examination and solemnly promised to pass the solitaires in the class group. "Cloud" examination integrity education theme activity helps students understand the requirements of the test, promotes students to correct the examination mentality, puts an end to fluke psychology, regulates their own behavior, and creates a positive preparation and good atmosphere of integrity examination.

On the basis of optimizing the work programme, our school will hold a "cloud" examination invigilator training meeting to carry out thematic training, clarify the invigilator's responsibilities and norms, clarify the invigilator's task and process, understand the emergency response plan, achieve the "cloud" examination invigilation rules and orderto ensure the final online examination work.
