Led by Zhu Yanju, deputy director of the Ninth Procuratorate of Henan Provincial People's Procuratorate, experts from Beijing Academy of Juvenile Social Work of Capital Normal University conducted a supervision and investigation on the implementation of the National Standards on Juvenile Judicial Social Work Service by Gulou District Procuratorate of Kaifeng City on October 15.The supervision group fully affirmed and put forward guidance opinions on the "Project of Talent Construction and Service for Juvenile Judicial Social Work in Cooperation with School Inspection". Tian Fengshao, the vice president of our college, Tang Qiuwei, the party branch secretary of the Department of Social Work, and the representatives of social work students participated in the symposium. They discussed the current situation of the implementation of the National Standard for Juvenile Judicial Social Work Service, the actual difficulties encountered, and the construction of the talent team system for juvenile judicial social workers.

Professor Tang Qiuwei mainly introduced the main course of the "school inspection cooperation" and some ideas for the future practice. In 2019, teachers from the Department of Social Work of our college and the Municipal Procuratorate jointly planned the college student practice base of the Judicial and Social Service Center based on the actual needs，In July 2019, Gulou District Procuratorate hired the first batch of "judicial social workers" based on the College Students' Practice Base to form a judicial social workers team in Gulou District. In October 2020, we appointed the second batch of "judicial social workers" to the department of social work of our college to strengthen the social support system without examination. Since 2019, the "Judicial Social Workers Talent" students of our college have helped and taught 9 minors with conditions not to be charged and 2 relatively not to be charged with crimes. This work helps the delinquent minors gradually improve their bad habits and interpersonal relationships, and enables them to return to their families and integrate into the society smoothly, extending the new situation of the work of the untested social support system. Mr. Tang said that he planned to cooperate with the procuratorate to open judicial social work practice courses in our college, inviting procuratorate officers to explain more judicial examples in class, so as to better improve the practical knowledge and ability of social work students in our college. At the same time, he plans to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism integrating "help, study and research" through communication and consultation with the procuratorate.

Tian Fengshao introduced the development history, discipline setting and other basic information of our college to the supervising group and the participants, focusing on our active exploration and achievements in the field of social work since 2013.He pointed out that while promoting specific practical work, we will also strengthen the link between theory and practice, conduct practical supervision regularly, explore the feasible path of judicial social work practice by using evidence-based thinking, and draw advanced experience through academic exchanges and discussions, so as to promote the professional construction of judicial social work team in Henan. He also put forward specific suggestions and views on the revision of the National Standard for Judicial Social Work Services for Minors (Trial).

The expert supervision group of Beijing Academy of Juvenile Social Work at Capital Normal University pointed out that 13 pilot units in 7 provinces were selected in the "Trial Regulations on the National Standard for Juvenile Social Work Service"，Kaifeng City, as one of the pilot units, carried out the "school inspection cooperation" with Henan University, introducing the strength of social work major students, which is a very distinctive measure. The expert group pointed out the direction of efforts in the next stage on "social investigation", "help and education service" and "scope of social work service intervention" in the judicial social work service. Finally, in the trial process of national standards, the supervising group hopes that Kaifeng Procuratorate and Henan University will give full play to their initiative, actively coordinate each unit, actively carry out "school inspection cooperation", and improve the construction of judicial social workers who have not been inspected. He hoped that these measures would provide more experience for the revision and improvement of the "Trial Regulations on the National Standards for Judicial Social Work Services for Minors" and promote the standardization and progress of judicial social work services for minors.
