In order to improve the quality of personnel training, better serve the economic and social development, construct the school-local joint personnel training and social service mechanism, and promote the deep cooperation of industry, university and research, on the morning of November 11th, the colloquium of cooperation between our hospital and Gulou District was held in the second conference room of the third floor of the college. Dong Gaosheng, the Standing Committee of Gulou District Committee and the Minister of Organization, and all the leadership of our hospital, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Tian Fengshao, Vice President of the College.

Professor Ji Zhichuang, the dean of the college, welcomed the arrival of Dong Gaosheng 's Minister firstly, and introduced the subject characteristics and development advantages of the college. He said that the college would give full play to the intellectual advantages of talents, and deepen cooperation through academic communication, cadre education and training, scientific research project joint development, cadre training, graduate employment, social practice and other forms to promote the formation of a new pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.

In the speech, delivered by Dong Gaosheng, the Standing Committee of Gulou District Committee and Minister of Organization, thanked the College for its care and support for the development of Gulou District. This speech introduces the basic situation of Gulou District briefly, and reviews the cooperation process and achievements in the fields of ' Time Bank ' and judicial social work in Youfang Community. He hopes that both sides will sum up experience, fully combine the advantages of their respective fields, deepen systematic cooperation in the fields of party construction, talent service, social governance, and municipal governance, and provide intellectual support in the improvement of governance system and governance capacity of Gulou District.
