On the morning of October 11, donation of Kaifeng Jinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and appointment ceremony of consulting experts of Strategic Development Committee of the College was held in the conference room on the third floor of the administration building of Jinming campus. Wei Junwei, chairman of Jinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and Liang Jing, vice chairman of Jinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Lu Keping, Secretary of the Party committee of our university, and Lei Ting, deputy secretary of the University, attended the ceremony. The Party committee office, publicity department, personnel department, Student Department, finance department, alumni work and Education Development Foundation Office, School of philosophy and public management, some teachers and student representatives attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Lei Ting, deputy secretary of the University Party committee.

Liu Bo, Secretary General of the school education development foundation, was commissioned by the chairman and signed a donation agreement with the Wei Junwei. Lu Keping awarded the appointment letter of consulting experts to the strategic development committee of the school of philosophy and public management of Henan University for Wei Junwei, and presented the donation certificate to Liang Jing.

In his speech, the chairman of the Wei Junwei recalled his time in Henan University with deep emotion and thanks for his alma mater's training. He said that his alma mater had taught him the way to think and the ability to relearn, and looked forward to more cooperative opportunities to contribute to his alma mater.

Secretary Lu Keping made an important speech at the opening ceremony. First of all, on behalf of the school, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to Wei Junwei and his wife Liang Jing for their generous donation, and expressed great admiration for the kindness of the alumni of the Wei Military Commission. Secretary Lu pointed out that the money is the friendship of alumni. We will manage and make good use of the fund, improve the discipline development of the school of philosophy and public management, repay the social concerns and alumni expectations with outstanding achievements, and improve the school running level of Henan University. We hope that the school of philosophy and public management will seize the opportunity in the construction of the first-class discipline University and actively promote the development of the college. It is hoped that all teachers and students will love the University, work hard and make greater contributions to the construction of a first-class discipline University. I hope that Wei Junwei and Liang Jing often go back to their alma mater and contribute wisdom and strength to the development of their alma mater.

The donation of Kaifeng Jinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. to our college not only reflects Jinsheng thermal's foresight and sagacity to prosper the country through science and education, but also reflects Jinsheng heating's responsibility to assist education and its great love for students of Henan University. It shows the students' deep feelings of loving and glorifying their alma mater.
