On November 6, 2018, the school of philosophy and public management invited Professor Zheng Bingwen from the Research Institute of Chinese Academy of social sciences to give an academic report entitled "40 years of social security reform: Problems and prospects - starting from the current three reforms" for the teachers and students of our college. The lecture was presided over by Professor Ling Wenhao, and some teachers and postgraduates attended the lecture.

On behalf of the college and all the participants, Professor Ling Wenhao extended a warm welcome to Professor Zheng Bingwen. At the same time, he briefly introduced Professor Zheng's outstanding contribution in the field of social security. In order to better focus the attention of the audience, Professor Zheng leads to the theme of this lecture by focusing on the hot issues in the field of social security at present, and gives a clear account of the development process of China's social security system since the reform and opening up from the perspective of historical methodology. Combined with specific examples, he explains the phenomenon of domestic pension fund regional imbalance and gives his own unique and innovative ideas. The teachers and students who participated in the lecture actively asked questions to Professor Zheng in the interactive link. For each question raised, Professor Zheng responded one by one from his academic standpoint.

This academic lecture exchange activity offered a rich academic feast for the teachers and students of our college, broadened the academic vision, improved the cognitive level, and also triggered the teachers and students of our college to think deeply about the field of social security again.
